PayPal is a free and secure, widely known way for you to pay for your order.
Using PayPal, you can make a purchase using your credit card, or PayPal account
credit. You do not even need to have an account with PayPal. For more information

Can I return things that I buy from Abegoa.com?
You are welcome to return anything you buy from Abegoa within 30 days of the
time you receive it. Please pack the products securely and ship them by regular
post to Abegoa at:

Please make a copy of the original invoice, e-mail or other document showing
the amount you were charged and include this with the items you are returning.
We will gladly refund your purchase price along with reasonable shipping charges
for standard, surface shipment. Please do not send the products by FedEx or
other overnight shipping service. These are too expensive and will not be accepted.
We will only refund shipping for standard, non-express mail services. Processing
of refunds normally takes three to four weeks. top
Is my credit card number safe when shopping
at Abegoa.com?
Abegoa.com credit card orders are handled directly by PayPal using their secure
on-line ordering system. In fact, your credit card information is taken directly
by Paypal on their secure server, and your card number is never transferred
or stored at Abegoa.com. This system protects your credit card information,

marketing?
Abegoa will never sell your name, address, e-mail or other personal information
to anyone. Your information is yours. We will only send you special offers,
project updates or other mailings if you ask and while you want us to.

How long will it take to receive the things I
ordered?
Most items are shipped within 2 business days from the day when you place your
order. Big orders may take longer. If the order is going to be delayed, we will
let you know by e-mail. Depending on your location, normal orders with standard
shipping usually arrive at your home or business within 2 weeks from the time
you placed the order. top
How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order with Abegoa.com, you should receive an e-mail to confirm
your order. If you have a question about your order, simply forward the e-mail
to us with your questions. We will reply promptly. top
